Ground has been broken for the newest Harleysville Savings Bank branch
at 41 County Line Road, Souderton, PA. This full-service branch, which
is expected to be open for business by the end of 2009, will be
constructed with environmental-friendly building materials.
Ron Geib, President and CEO of the Bank said, "In light of the current
economic times, we are pleased to be able to move forward with our plans
and expand our business banking services in a new community. The
emphasis on 'green' construction compliments our current marketing
efforts to encourage customers to 'go-green' with banking through the
use of technologies of direct deposit, debit cards, online banking,
online bill payment, e-statements and remote capture. This will be the
Bank's first office in Bucks County, PA."
